Asetra caviar: This fish grows up to two meters in height and weighs up to two hundred kilograms. Its caviar color is dark gray to light golden. It tastes like hazelnuts and is very different and rare. This caviar has many fans because of its golden color. Therefore Astra caviar is another type that is offered to various customers by sales centers and distribution companies; However This type of caviar has a lower price than the Beluga type and it will certainly be easier for different consumers to buy it.
Sevruga caviar (stellate sturgeon): Its maximum length is one and a half meters and weighs twenty-five kilograms; and also this caviar dark gray and its grains are fine and it has a very good taste.
